I tried this because it was "recommended" since I like rooibos (yes, I'm a sucker, but I also love having a huge variety of teas around the house). It has a very mild sweetness to it, and I don't feel I need to sweeten it. I like it both plain or with a splash of milk. My husband says he prefers this to the plain rooibos. I often want an option that is non-caffeinated but still has a robust flavor/feeling to it/can handle milk without feeling heavy or tannic. Definitely worth a try!
