Bloating relief

I tried wormwood as a bitter tonic for digestion, and wow—it’s intensely bitter with a strong, almost medicinal herbal scent. A small dose really seemed to kickstart my appetite and ease some bloating. It’s powerful stuff and definitely lives up to its traditional reputation.
That said, I kept the dose low and only used it short-term because of the thujone content. Not something I’d use every day, but effective when I needed it.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our Organic Wormwood. We're glad to hear that it provided relief for your bloating and helped with your digestion. Our Wormwood is known for its strong and effective properties, but we understand your concern about the thujone content. We recommend using it in moderation and for short-term use as well. Thank you for choosing our product and we hope it continues to work well for you. Have a great day!

Extremely bitter… this is just as you want this tea to taste like.

Happy so far with it. Mix with orange or
Lemon or lime to offset the extreme bitter taste. But as I said. This tea is not meant to taste as a luxury drink

Works great!

I am using this as a part of a major parasitic treatment. I mix it with 1 tsp. Diatomaceous earth and 1 tsp activated charcoal, it really cuts out the bitterness and does the job well!

This is medicine!

It is very bitter, no doubt. However, if you are sick it’s worth it. I had an extremely long lasting Roundworm infection, hidden for years by traditional western trained doctors. I am grateful to have access to such powerful medicine. I make mine in a very small amount of water, I am generous with the honey & take it down quickly!

I guess it tastes so bad cause its so good for u haha. So glad I got the smallest size and so glad I read it was bitter 1st and mixed it with another. Would I order again prob not. Will prob stick to the the inflammatory tea which I love. This is y they suggest "Wormwood has a strong, bitter flavor that might require some time to adjust to. We recommend mixing it with an additional tea like Organic Peppermint for a better flavor."

Will use the rest of the bag w other flavors and only use a drop

Hi Jackie,

Thanks for your honest review! We definitely understand as Organic Wormwood has a very distinct taste which is why we provide the warning on the website. Mixing it with a blend of other herbs or a strong tasting herb like Organic Peppermint or Organic Spearmint should help with the flavor while also allowing you to receive the health benefits. You are welcome to reach out to us at support@fullleaftc.com and we would be happy to help you find something else you'll love instead!

Is this White Wormwood or Sweet?

Full Leaf Tea Company

Hi William,

Great question! Our Organic Wormwood is actually common wormwood, the scientific name is Artemisia absinthium. Hope this helps! (:
