When the weather starts to cool down, there is nothing more comforting them bundling up and sipping a warm, soothing tea. This is especially true if you are experiencing flu symptoms. This recipe was designed for just that. It is a blend of ingredients to help you feel better and ease symptoms. 


This simple yet soothing recipe features Organic Flu Remedy tea, warm citrus, honey and cinnamon. The tea blend contains immune supporting ingredients like organic elderberries, organic astragalus, organic ginger root and more. 


Lets dive into making this flu remedy citrus steamer.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Organic Flu Remedy Tea
  • 8oz hot water 
  • 1-2 tsp honey 
  • 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 
  • 1 orange slice 
  • Cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon 

Directions

Step 1

Steep your tea leaves in the nearly boiling water for 5-7 minutes.

Step 2

While the tea leaves steep, juice the lemon and cut the orange slice.

Step 3

When the tea is done steeping, add lemon and honey. Stir in a cinnamon stick.

Step 4

Add the orange slice to the tea and let sit for another minute. 

Step 5

Relax and enjoy the soothing tea!
