As a first time buyer, i'm so disappointed in their service. I paid full price, never received my order nor did i get my refund back and they keep looping me around for 2 months now. Extremely disappointed to say the least!!!

The smells odd when you open but it tastes pretty good. I am using it to help in having frequent urination problem. So far, it is questionable.

Not enough tea to notice a difference. Had to order sample bags because no other size bag was or is available. There was about a teaspoon in each bag for 9.99. That seems like a huge rip off.
Have purchased a handful of different organic teas now. All of them taste great and shipping is fast.

I have never used a herbal tea before that did not turn the water from clear to a blended tea. This stuff sucks and I boiled the amount of tea recommended in the directions and the water remained clear.
Will never buy again, and I requested a full refunded only to be ignored so customer service sucks as well.

There is no need to ground our teas before brewing. Just put it in a tea bag, tea steeper or tea press, add near boiling water and steep away!
