Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Organic GL-Tea Relief
- 3/4 cup nearly boiling temperature water
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 3 teaspoons lavender
- Honey or agave
- *optional: vanilla and 1/4 cup skim milk for foam
Directions
Step 1
Steep your tea leaves in the nearly boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
Step 2
While the tea leaves steep, heat your milk on a stove top and add the lavender. Let simmer.
Step 3
