I bought Valerian to help with my sleep. Haven’t Seen a difference in sleeping pattern. But Valerian does have a calming effect which is nice.

I had read about valerian root helping with sleep so I bought a sample pack of this along with many others. Very happy with it! Been adding it to other blends to make my own special sleepy time tea brew. The taste of Valerian is not the yummiest but it’s easy to mix with other things to make it overall tastier.
