The Starbucks sugar cookie latte has been all over the internet since Starbucks announced their winter drinks. Why not try the matcha version?
Ingredients

3 teaspoons Full Leaf Tea Company Organic Premium Matcha

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

8 ounces oat milk
-
Whipped cream (optional)

Sprinkles (optional)
Directions
Over low heat, combine the brown sugar, extracts, and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes whisking every couple minutes until thickened and very smooth. Transfer to a seperate container and set aside.
Combine the matcha powder with 4 ounces of hot water. Whisk vigorously until well combined.
Heat the milk and add the desired amount of brown sugar syrup. Whisk or froth to combine.
Add the matcha and top with whipped cream and sprinkles. Enjoy!
