I love FLTC Premium Organic Matcha. I have tried many other brands and nothing even comes close!
The following recipe is what works for me, AND everyone who comes to our house for Matcha now LOVES this: 😁
To Make an 8oz shaker bottle of Organic Premium Matcha:
In small bowl add:
1t Matcha
2TBSP Warm H20 (not hot)
Stir sideways or froth until smooth
Set aside
Add to shaker bottle 8oz Vanilla Almond Milk (I use sugar free Vanilla Almond Milk)
1/4 cup heavy cream (approx)
Ceylon cinnamon to taste (don't be shy)
Your fav good honey to taste (no Teddy Bear stuff, please lol)
A splash of vanilla extract or a squirt of Sweet Leaf Vanilla Drops
Shake until frothy
Now add ice to your shaker bottle.
Grab your Matcha - make sure all clumps are gone.
THEN pour your Matcha over the ice, shake it up, and enjoy!
If you want to really impress your guests, pour your mixture into a takeout cup with a little ice, top with a squirt of whipping cream! Add a straw and wait for their reaction when they take their first sip! It is way too funny!!!!
I am going through this Organic Premium Matcha like mad. Do I care? No. Because I feel this is way more healthy than what they were previously buying from the takeout places.
Last tip: When shaker is empty, there are usually remnants of green under the ice. I then add some filtered water and drop in a couple TRUE LEMON packets and shake. Delicious down to the last drop. No waste!
