Surprised me for my migraines

I used to have migraines so out of control that sleep was impossible. I'd have a whole method to getting to sleep and continue to wake up during the night. My pillow felt like a cinder block. I would prop my pillows up, sit up, eventually get sleepy enough to slump down in bed. Then wake up ever couple of hours. Do it all the next day. I purchased the pain relief tea which was very nice(I'll leave a review over there). I found that the lemongrass in that tea would get bitter if steeped too long and I generally like to keep the tea bag in my cup. I purchased this sleepy tea at the same time thinking this would just help sleep, but it actually also helped with some of the pain. The first night I sat up in bed, enjoyed a cup of this tea with my vanilla Nutpods creamer and was sleepy in no time. Some of the pain also relieved which was a surprise. I slept reaaally well. Now this is my little go-to at the end of the day. I can't say I love this tea enough. PS- For those with any pain.. I've read that in Asian cultures they drink warm beverages(mostly tea) not only for the benefits but because the warm beverages tend to aid in pain relief better than if you were to only/mostly drink cold beverages. I've now found that if I drink primarily tea(any teas) during my menstrual cycle or when I have pain anywhere that I have a much much better chance of relief- even without ibuprofen. So buy more teas and literally get anything. Stay warm!

Did not help

I have problems sleeping through the night and had hoped this tea would help. Unfortunately, it did not. I still woke up several times during the night.

Great taste, restful sleep

You can taste the subtle hint of peppermint & valerian. But, be prepared for settling in to a restful sleep without the groggy, morning hangover. Recommend for those needing to wind down before bedtime.
