Instructions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

Delicious tea

I like the properties of ginger, but not a huge fan of it as a tea. Congestion relief provides the benefits of ginger combined with mint that provide a very pleasant flavor profile. Works well for cough and congestion during allergy season

I had the worst nasal
Congestion this week for two days. None of my normal remedies were working .. Sudafed, Vicks nothing.
