Instructions to Steep

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

Cold congestion

I had allot of congestion from a cold and I decided to purchase Organic congestion relief tea as soon as it arrived I had my first cup of teas, and afterwards later at night ( when I would have trouble with breathing ) I breathed in and out and I said wow I can take a full breath instead of just halfway. However the rhinitis is still not cleared up.

Another Magical Tea from Full Leaf Tea Co.

My husband has had a cough for as long as we’ve been together (50 years+) . I swear, as soon as he had his first cup, the cough has diminished ! I’ve been using the Liver Cleanse which has helped me tremendously so I thought, perhaps this tea could work for him and boy was I right. Your teas are nothing less than magical and I thank you all for a fabulous product.

Tea of choice

Full leaf tea is always my first choice whether just to enjoy and relax with or helping me through an oncoming illness.. I like the flavor of congestion tea. It’s not to strong yet mild. It helps clear my congestion and helps me prepare for my day. And I add touch of honey for my sweet tooth.
