How low can the tea go?????

The blood sugar tea has helped lower my husband's numbers. Not yet where they need to be, but on the way. I only wish that the leaves were in a tea bag. I plan to re-order shortly.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Full Leaf Tea was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others.

The Organic Blood Sugar Balance Tea was one of the worst teas I have ever purchased. The flavor was unpleasant, the aftertaste lingered long after drinking it, and there was an excessive amount of sediment in the cup. This product was nowhere near the quality I expected based on the company’s marketing and descriptions.

What disappointed me even more was the company’s response when I reached out. Rather than standing behind their product and making things right, they hid behind policies and fees. Customers are expected to pay return shipping and restocking fees even when they are dissatisfied with the product quality. One bag remained completely sealed, yet customer satisfaction clearly took a back seat to protecting a sale.

A company can have a bad product from time to time. What matters is how they treat customers afterward. In my case, Full Leaf Tea showed me that keeping my money was more important than earning my business. I will not purchase from them again and cannot recommend them to others.
