Saw Palmetto I ordered

I have never used a herbal tea before that did not turn the water from clear to a blended tea. This stuff sucks and I boiled the amount of tea recommended in the directions and the water remained clear.
Will never buy again, and I requested a full refunded only to be ignored so customer service sucks as well.

Have been suffering from recurrent utis my doctor suggested a supplement I wanted to take a more natural route and he suggested marshmallow Root saw palmetto or Ashwagandha so I researched decided to try saw palmetto first as I suffer from female pattern baldness as well read it helps with that.
