I had read about valerian root helping with sleep so I bought a sample pack of this along with many others. Very happy with it! Been adding it to other blends to make my own special sleepy time tea brew. The taste of Valerian is not the yummiest but it’s easy to mix with other things to make it overall tastier. Been very happy with it! Love that this brand gives the option to purchase sample sizes. Thank you!

I love this herb but not the smell

Valerian root is definitely great for relaxation and sleep, I just wish it smelled better!!! The taste is good but the smell still lingers while you drink it but overall I think it's worth consuming
