Buckwheat Honey

I am not sure if this honey is supposed to be super hard but that's what I received when I ordered 3 Jars of this honey. This taste is not bad, but it was very difficult and time consuming to get it out of the jar. I thought that was unusual since I 've purchased many different types of Manuka honey and it's always thick but soft to pour or pick out with a spoon. Very disappointed since I LOVE the teas I buy from here.
Will not be purchasing the honey again, in fact, I had to throw it out.

We appreciate your honest review. However, this sounds perfectly normal for our Organic Buckwheat honey! Raw, unfiltered honey can have a grainier and more solidified texture than processed honeys, but it dissolves/softens when added to warm tea :)
