I liked the fact that green tea is unoxidized or more unoxidized than other teas - and that stems from the high polyphenol amount, again, over other teas.
Research some of the articles from well respected organizations on the benefits of green tea from the 'New England Journal of Medicine', the 'Journal of Herbal Medicine' and the 'National Library of Medicine'... to name a few.

Smooth, Earthy Green Tea

Green teas come in all different varieties, but I'd say this one is a pretty strong, earthy green tea with a browner color and is exactly as described... a chestnut flavor profile. I think 1 teaspoon is more than enough for 8-12 ounces, anything more would be too strong. For an earthier green tea, this is perfect!

I don't know if I used too much tea in my filter but this tea was stronger than I expected. I like strong tea, such as the Organic English Breakfast black tea and especially the decaf version, which I'm anxiously waiting to reorder. But I guess I wasn't expecting a green tea to be as strong. The taste was pretty good though.
