This blend works to stimulate digestion, support liver function, and soothe the intestinal lining. Senna leaf acts as a natural laxative, ginger and peppermint help reduce bloating and cramping, while slippery elm, marshmallow root, and dandelion root support gut health and promote gentle elimination.

Steep 1-2 teaspoons of the blend in 8 oz of near boiling water for 5–7 minutes. Drink in the evening as needed. Due to the presence of senna, it’s best used every other day and not intended for daily use.

Gentle Relief

I bought this a while ago but just used it yesterday. Prescription medication I take sometimes gives me constipation that even OTC products don’t work well. I had no cramping or straining with the tea. It worked overnight.

This tea tastes great and works pretty quickly, but not like run-to-the-bathroom quickly, just helps go the next time you need to.

Relief

I take this in the evening after my last meal and let it work overnight. I would say 75% of the time, I'm able to 'go' without problem the next morning. It helps taking at least 20 ounces of water first thing in the morning and some light exercise to encourage the bowels. I would recommend this. It has a pleasant taste, especially with honey.

The tea works very well on intestinal issues and tastes delicious. This is one of the many Full Leaf teas I enjoy. I am a believer in these teas!

Love all their teas

I'm so glad I can find loose leaf tea without all the extras ( chemicals).
They all seem to help whatever I need them too. From pain relief to tummy tea to menopause tea and so forth. I would buy this again.

Works!

This Constipation Relief Tea really does work well for me. I have a cup at night and the next day you can bet it works.
There is a nice minty taste but there is something else that I am not crazy about. The fact it works so well I can handle the taste. I would recommend you at least try the sample size to see if it works for you.

This tea works really well! It taste good, mostly peppermint. I drink it at night I have noticed a significant improvement in my gut health! Love this tea and its healing qualities. I bought some for my sister with ibs and it has helped her too.

Looked weird

Opened package and a bunch of (dust) flew out. Fixed a cup and it looked like mucus floating in it. Dumped it. Tea in steeper jiggled when I shook it. no other tea I have from you folks does that.
