  1. Steeping the Tea
    Start by boiling 8 ounces of filtered water and letting it cool for a minute to ensure the tea doesn’t over-steep. Add 2 teaspoons of Organic Constipation Relief tea leaves and 1/4 teaspoon of Organic Peppermint to a tea infuser or directly into the water. Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors and benefits to fully extract. Strain the tea into your favorite mug if you didn’t use an infuser.

  2. Adding Sweetness
    While the tea is still hot, stir in 1 teaspoon of honey. Adjust the sweetness to your liking, keeping in mind that the natural sweetness of the honey complements the flavors perfectly without overpowering them.

  3. Preparing the Coconut Milk
