Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Organic Premium Matcha
- 12 Oreos
- 4 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup white chocolate
- Sprinkles (optional)
Directions
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs in a bag with a rolling pin or a food processor.
- In a medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of matcha. Mix together until well combined with a spatula.
- Add the Oreo crumbs into the cream cheese mixture and mix until a thick paste is achieved.
- With damp hands, roll into 10 balls and put on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Melt the white chocolate in 15 second intervals in the microwave until smooth and fully melted. Mix in the additional 1 teaspoon of matcha until fully combined.
- Take the truffles out of the fridge and line an additional cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
- Dip each truffle into the white chocolate until fully coated and tap off the excess before putting on the aluminum foil-lined cookie sheet. If adding sprinkles, add them to each truffle right after they come out of the white chocolate since it will harden quickly.
- Allow to solidify in the fridge for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
