Craft a DELECIOUS cinnamon matcha latte

This easy latte will be your go to this season whenever you're in need of an energy boost. Matcha is known for increasing energy and focus but has many other health benefits as well!
Warm up the milk in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, or until it is your preferred temperature.
Use a frother to froth the milk until thick bubbles form. Set aside.
Grab a large mug and scoop 2 tsp of matcha into it.
Pour 4 ounces of just under boiling temperature filtered hot water into your cup. Use a bamboo whisk, or a frother, to froth the liquid until the sugar is dissolved and the surface is frothy.
Pour the frothed milk into the large mug over the matcha.
Stir and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
