We don't put specific milligrams of caffeine on our teas since the caffeine content in tea leaves and other caffeinated plants can vary widely from batch to batch depending on factors like season and harvest timing. However, with the Organic Matcha and Organic Yerba Mate, this blend will have about 40-80 milligrams of caffeine compared to a cup of coffee which will have about 120 milligrams. (:
