Taste of green tea leaves.

This is fantastic and very good quality. Once you open the package, you can smell the vibrant, fresh green tea leaves. The color is emerald green. It dissolves well and tastes very smooth and grassy. I heat up about 1 to 1 1/2 cup of water to 172 degrees Fahrenheit, add about 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and whisk it with a bamboo whisker gently. I drink it daily and I love it and feel very healthy!
