Cold mornings greeted by the changing colors of fall mean all things cozy are resurfacing like pumpkin spiced lattes, heavy sweaters, and festive decorations.
There's a ton of fall traditions for everyone, but what about us tea lovers?
Luckily I started my position with Full Leaf Tea Co. at the peak of cold weather in February and have tried just about all of our teas! As a fan of all things warm and spiced, I've compiled a list of my top 5 favorites teas heading into fall that I think you'll absolutely love!
Organic Orange Cinnamon Spice
As a kid, I grew up enjoying both apple and orange spiced ciders throughout fall and winter. So this organic black tea was an instant trip down memory lane! I really enjoy this tea on a cold morning as I'm starting my workday. It's packed with caffeine and bold citrus spiced flavors from orange peels, cinnamon, cloves, and orange essential oils! Definitely check this one out if you're looking for a festive tea with caffeine and a great aroma.
Shop →Organic Masala Chai
One day during my first week with this company, I walked in and stared at our wall of teas. Completely lost, I asked, "what's a great tea that has a lot of caffeine?" Lisa, one of our co-owners, mentioned how much she loves Masala Chai! Since then, Masala Chai has been one of my go-to teas. Being a chai, it's spiced and bold, but it's not overpowering!
Shop →Organic Hot Cinnamon
You might see a pattern here. I love highly caffeinated teas – and Organic Hot Cinnamon is easily one of my favorite black teas around. Like Orange Cinnamon Spice, this tea contains cinnamon and cloves but trades orange essential oils with cinnamon essential oil, boosting the overall spice of the tea. Those more sensitive to spice might find this tea packs a little bit of a punch, but I feel it's really smooth and robust.
Shop →Organic Herbal Chai
Traditionally chai tea's are made with black tea – but this caffeine-free chai uses Rooibos, which gives the tea both a sweet and spicy flavor. Combined with cinnamon and ginger, this tea tastes delicious and looks really pretty too! This tea is perfect for cold fall evenings.
Shop →Organic Chai Pu-Erh
Pu-erh is a fermented tea with an earthy taste that gets better with age. Pu-erh, coupled with chai, delivers a truly unique flavor. This tea doesn't stop there; there's also cinnamon and ginger boosting the overall robust flavor.
