I used the tea the same day it arrived. I had no hot flashes that night and was able to sleep without interruption of throwing my covers on and off through the night. On day 2 I drank it in the morning and had 2 hot flashes all day and none during the night. Today is day 3 and I just finished a cup so we shall see how many if any hot flashes appear today. Please don’t ever change the formula or sell your company because I have tried vitex pills which worked for me initially but as the perimenopause advanced the pills stopped working. I have tried a couple of other things and they did NOT work at all. So after just being fed up with so many hot flashes during the day and night I tried this tea and it has worked immediately for me. Best 15.00 I have ever spent. I plan to keep purchasing this tea and the taste is really good to me, so a win win in my opinion.
I cannot express how happy I am with the paper teabags. I am able to adjust the amount of tea that I put in the bag. They are sturdy and do not tear easily. I’ll definitely purchase again.

I've purchased quite a few teas from this brand and this is my #1 favorite. Fantastic quality and mixes so well with other loose leaf teas. I will be repurchasing for sure.
I don't like the taste, I couldn't finish the first cup. I do love the company and everything else I have ordered, so I don't want to rate this tea poorly so I will give it 5 stars
Beware that just because it says there are 30 servings doesn't mean there are. I received a small bag (the same size as another tea that had only 15 servings, but was much fuller) so I measured what was in the bag and there were only 23 servings (1 tsp each). I reached out and asked for the other 7 servings to be sent to me and was just told that the quantity is by weight. That doesn't explain why they are falsely advertising the number of servings. Also, didn't really taste like chai and it was weak, won't be buying again.

As for the flavor, our chai blend is intentionally more subtle and made without added flavorings, so it may taste milder than some chai teas. We’re sorry it wasn’t the right fit for you.

I don't like all the flavors most makers put in their tea bags and this is a good mixture of loose leaf with only the ingredients that is specified on the label. I will be ordering more.

Loving the antioxidant boost as well as several other flavors I ordered. It tastes wonderful without needing to add honey. The quality and freshness is amazing and it feels very nourishing.
