I had been struggling with a very annoying dry cough and cold for a while. I bought the Mullein hoping it would help bring up some mucus. I knew if I could, the dry cough would start to ease up…
After 3 cups of hot Mullein I coughed and some mucus released?? It wasn’t much initially, but it was a start! I knew 100% that the Mullein played a major role in releasing the mucus, because prior to my drinking it (and trying everything else imaginable), nothing was working. I continued drinking Mullein and the more I drank, the more mucus I coughed up. I went from a very unproductive dry cough to a productive cough quite quickly! That totally sold me on the quality of FLTC teas.
For years I’ve been a big believer in healthy, healing teas. However, the past several years of my tea purchases had become quite disappointing. The tastes had became weak,, and effectiveness was definitely lacking. I am so glad my niece told me about FLTC - I would never buy tea(s) anywhere else now. Thank you FLTC.

This tea is 😃. The tea really helps with memory and balance.I had a serious stroke in 2018 and could not walk, talk or remember things. I drink this tea consistently and I am feeling comfortable with the memory and my balance is better now. I believe the tea has been a part of my recovery.

I just purchased this blend and started using it but it truly works and quickly. it tastes good so easy to take and I don't mind having a couple cups a day. would recommend highly.
I use this in a PMS blend that I make myself or I just have an extra cup when I need a little more of a boost because of breast tenderness or irritability. This does the trick! Will be buying more regularly

I’ve been recently getting into herbal remedies, this is my first tea I’ve tried. Let me tell you, I have been suffering with mucus along w all kinds of nose ears and throat issues that my doctors couldn’t fix!!! I’ve been drinking this for a few days now, I have been so clear of mucus!!! My sisters also suffer with the same thing and they drink this as well, they have asthma which causes soo much mucus especially being in a dry environment and they are all cleared up! The herbs in this tea also have many other powerful benefits other than allergy, it also really helps me anxiety! It makes me feel really calm while being able to breathe!!
