I started to taking this tea because my total cholesterol was up to 268 and my doctor wanted to get me into medication. I took this tea for a month and it went down to normal range. Now it’s been a year of taking this tea and two blood test later, I can say it works. My cholesterol is still under normal range. I add two cups of tea on my daily routine (after breakfast and after lunch) I don’t really eat greasy food, but I do love seafood and cheese.
We wanted to experience the benefits of dandelion tea, but always found the taste bitter and of an undesirable flavor. The addition of the mint makes a perfect blend and reinforces the experience as a true tea moment.
