I recently purchased Full Leaf Tea Company's Organic Lemon Ginger Mate and I love the balance of the lemon and ginger. It makes me think of lemonade with a nice ginger twist. This will work well as a summer tea...iced.

This was a new tea combination for me. I had tried other brands of chai and another brand of pu-erh tea before. The chais were robust and spicy. The pu-erh tea that I sampled before was a little bland. This Full Leaf Tea combination was by comparison smooth and energizing but not overwhelmingly spicy. It was a nice balance that left me feeling focused yet relaxed. The first few times I tried it, I added sweetener. My next cup will be without sweetener because the usual amount I added tasted a little too sweet. I'm enjoying the Full Leaf Pu-erh Chai and continuing to try variations on my cup.

My husband and I have been drinking this sencha in the evenings and enjoying it. It's hard to find an organic decaf green tea. We found with this sencha, we need to double the suggested amount per serving to 2 teaspoons instead of 1 teaspoon.
