I bought this for my father due to his weaker joints. He did notice an improvement in mobility and it eased the pain over time.
I have been drinking this most mornings. I often make a pot with two teaspoons of this tea with one teaspoon of their masala chai and it is delectable.

These natural paper tea bags are well made and so easy to use. And, I feel much, much better using the natural paper versus a bleached paper product. It’s much safer for all of us. Don’t hesitate to purchase them to use with your favorite teas.
The English Breakfast tea is simply amazing! So robust with a pleasant flavor. It can easily replace your morning coffee. It also is fantastic as a pick-me-up in the afternoon, Highly recommend!
I liked the flavor of this tea, but the mint really throws it off for me. This is a me thing, I don’t like mint, but the tea was great.

Perfect pretty canister for storing tea on the countertop… canister has inside plastic tab under top. Note-these are not meant to go in the dishwasher but are nice and decorative. Would recommend & order again!!

I have never used a herbal tea before that did not turn the water from clear to a blended tea. This stuff sucks and I boiled the amount of tea recommended in the directions and the water remained clear.
Will never buy again, and I requested a full refunded only to be ignored so customer service sucks as well.

The tea is of very high quality. The packaging is very convenient and easy to store. The mail sent to me also included a personalized note, bonus sample tea flavor, and free sticker. It's the little things that want you to continue to support their brand.
This tea helps lower my blood sugar. I was at 149 on my meter 3 hours after eating and I drank a cup and tea and about an hour later I was at 108.
So I say it helps me.
