I started to drink the tea to help when I had a cold and I also suffer from seasonal allergies and I do think it helps with feeling better.
First, let me start by saying that I love the flavor of lemons in general. Haven’t tried it by itself but did mix a small amount with another tea — Awesome!!!
I have problems with my digestive tract and am unable to drink coffee any more, so I have switched to your organic inflammation tealeaf! It is very soothing to the stomach and I have made it my routine to have for breakfast and in the evening before bedtime. My only complaint would be the price for one small bag!

I loved this cup until I found it broken in my dishwasher. 🥺 I was devastated. It was the perfect size and fortified nicely. I only had it for a short time, but next time, I’ll hand wash only like my travel mug.

Terrible - do you see the Chamomile? I guess I should have payed attention to ingredient list a knew that this would be just another throw away rooibos tea. I gave it two weeks about 2 about 16oz a night and did not experience any difference in sleep or getting tired earlier. So so sad I was hoping to find a replacement to Teavana’s tranquility tea but back to the drawings boards. HOWEVER I do recommend a lot of other teas offered from the brand but if you do not like Rooibos do not get swayed by the other reviews, the only flavor profile is rooibos didn’t even notice peppermint even.. the photo on the packaging is VERY misleading. And I got the 1/2lb bulk bag probably 10 chamomile flowers total look at my photo. Total disappointment.

My husband had trouble with his liver, so exercise and diet had to be changed. I use these wonderful teas for my cholesterol and heart health so I knew the ones for inflammation would help with his issues. Currently I mix the milk thistle (his doctor recommended) with the Organic anti-inflammatory tea, and he has it mid-morning every day. So far so good!
