Our Honey Sage Relief Iced Tea is a creamy, herbal drink designed with menopause relief in mind. This soothing recipe combines the hormone-balancing power of our Organic Menopause Relief Tea with the cooling properties of sage, all lightly sweetened with honey and finished with a splash of oat milk. It’s not only a beautiful way to stay cool—it's also a comforting treat for the body and mind.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Organic Menopause Relief Tea
- ½ teaspoon Organic Sage
- 8 oz near-boiling filtered water
- 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
- Ice
- ¼ cup oat milk
Directions
1. Brew the herbal base
In a heat-safe cup or teapot, steep 1 tablespoon of Organic Menopause Relief Tea with ½ teaspoon of Organic Sage in 8 oz of near-boiling filtered water. Cover and let steep for 7 minutes. Once brewed, remove the tea leaves and sage, and allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
2. Prep your glass
Line the inside of a tall glass with approximately 1 tablespoon of honey. Add ice to fill the glass about three-quarters of the way.
3. Pour and finish
Slowly pour the cooled tea into the glass over the ice. Top with ¼ cup of oat milk and give it a gentle stir to create a creamy, golden swirl.
