Get your adaptogens into your daily routine with this lightly sweet and spiced tea latte!
Ingredients

2 teaspoons Organic Adaptogen Tea

1/4 cup oat milk

1 teaspoon cinnamon
-
Ice
Directions
Steep the tea leaves in 6 ounces of nearly boiling temperature water for 5-7 minutes.
While the tea is steeping, froth the oat milk and cinnamon together.
Pour the steeped tea over ice and add the frothed oat milk. Enjoy!
