This is the perfect summer drink with refreshing lemon, tart raspberry, and minty goodness. Paired with Full Leaf Tea Organic Sunset, this drink is the perfect compliment to any summer BBQ!
Ingredients

4 tablespoons Full Leaf Tea Company Organic Northwest Sunset Tea

2 medium lemons (plus extra for garnish)

3 teaspoons white cane sugar

10 fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Ice
Directions
Brew the tea leaves with 24 oz of boiling temperature water.
Allow to steep for a few minutes over the recommended time and let cool to room temperature.
Slice and juice the lemons and add the juice to a large pitcher with the raspberries, sugar, and mint leaves.
Muddle the ingredients in the pitcher and add enough ice to fill the pitcher half way full.
Pour the room temperature tea into the pitcher and stir well.
Strain the mixture into two glasses with ice and garnish with additional mint leaves and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
