Try this fun twist on our Organic Passion Tea with a Passion Tea-Tini! Delicious, refreshing, and light; this cocktail (or mocktail) could be the staple drink of the summer!
Ingredients

2 teaspoons Organic Passion Tea

6 oz nearly boiling water

1 tsp lemon juice
-
1.5 oz vodka (optional)

½ tsp honey
-
Sugar for rim
Directions
Steep the Organic Passion Tea for 5-7 minutes and allow the tea to drop to room temperature.
Rim a martini glass with sugar.
In a shaker, combine the cooled tea, vodka, lemon juice, and honey with some ice. Shake until well combined.
Strain into the martini glass, garnish with a wedge of lemon, and enjoy!
