Soothe and treat migraines before they happen with this delicious peppermint latte featuring our Organic Migraine Relief tea!
Ingredients

1 cup water

1 cup sugar
-
1 cup fresh peppermint leaves

4 teaspoons Organic Migraine Relief Tea

1 cup oat milk
-
4 teaspoons Sweet Peppermint Syrup

Peppermint Migraine Relief Latte
Directions
Make the syrup
In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and mint leaves and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Boil for 1 minute, stirring consistently.
Turn off stove and leave the pan on the hot burner. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes.
Strain peppermint leaves out and enjoy!
Make the latte
Brew the Organic Migraine Relief Tea with 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes.
Heat and then froth or whisk the oat milk.
Put 2 teaspoons of sweet peppermint syrup in the bottom of 2 mugs and then split the tea and oat milk between the two. Enjoy!
