Blueberry Syrup

1. In a small sauce pan, mix the blueberries, sugar, and water together. Bring to a low boil over medium heat and crush the blueberries as they soften. 

2. Simmer for 5-10 minutes over low-medium heat until thickened and reduced by half. 

3. Pour into a heat proof container. You can strain the chunks of blueberry out but I like to leave them in. 

Tea Latte

1. Steep the tea leaves with 4 ounces of water for 5-7 minutes until dark in color. 

2. Heat the milk until nearly simmering and froth if desired. 

3. Add 1 tablespoon (or more) of blueberry syrup to a cup. Pour the steeped tea over the top and mix. Finish by pouring in the hot milk and enjoy!
