Try a delicious take on a cup of tea with these delicate cookies!
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup white sugar
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup softened butter
1 egg
1 ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ teaspoon Organic Lavender
¼ teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon Organic Relieve Stress Tea
Preheat oven to 350* F and line a baking sheet with greased wax paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Stir in the egg and butter. Add the vanilla extract, lavender, cardamom, and tea leaves. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Using a tablespoon, position the cookie dough on the baking sheet approx. 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are a light, golden brown.
Allow to cool and top with frosting and a dash of extra lavender and tea leaves if desired. Enjoy!
