Try this spiced and sweet tea latte with ingredients aimed towards a healthy cardiovascular system!
Ingredients

3 teaspoons Organic Healthy Heart Tea

1/2 cup oat milk
-
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

2 teaspoons brown sugar
Directions
Steep the tea leaves with 8 ounces of hot water for 5 minutes.
Heat the oat milk to nearly simmering and add the remaining ingredients into it.
Froth or whisk until doubled in size.
Combine the oat milk and steeped tea in your favorite mug and enjoy!
