Enjoy the benefits of Organic Vertigo Relief in this delicious tea latte!
Ingredients

2 teaspoons Organic Vertigo Relief
-
4 ounces milk
-
½ teaspoon ground ginger
-
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
-
1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of choice
Directions
Steep the tea leaves in 6 ounces of nearly boiling temperature water for 5-7 minutes.
Heat the milk and add the cinnamon, ginger, and sweetener of choice. Froth until well combined.
Strain the tea leaves out and discard.
Combine the milk and tea and add extra sweetener if desired. Enjoy!
