Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

    It has a pretty mild flavor, but is calming. I ordered for the health benefits of gout kola and it is too soon to see those results.

    I found the flavor to be mild and pleasing to drink. Lately I've been mixing it with a loose berry tea that I have and I love the injection of calm.
