Frequently Asked Questions

Jasmine tea is crafted by infusing green tea leaves with the scent of fresh jasmine flowers. This process, known as scenting, often involves several layers of jasmine petals placed between tea leaves and left to infuse for several hours. After the desired fragrance intensity is reached, the petals are removed, and the tea leaves are dried, resulting in a delicately flavored and aromatic jasmine tea.

Jasmine is a green tea! Green tea has many health benefits, including improving focus, supporting cardiovascular health, and boosting the immune system with antioxidants!

Steep 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves in 8 oz of nearly boiling filtered water for 2-4 minutes. Enjoy hot, cold, or with some honey! Green tea can easily get bitter with over-steeping. If you find this happening when making Organic Jasmine, reduce the steeping time by a few minutes to ensure a smooth and floral experience.

Strong floral flavor but good!

The Jasmine tea is lovely but be careful the floral flavor can be very strong! Don’t add too much to a cup of tea. That being said the tea tastes wonderful especially when it’s mixed with a fruity tea such as raspberry, hibiscus, or full leaf tea’s fruit tea tang!

A cup of summer...fragrant and lovely!

Beautiful jasmine flavor comes through each sip! The perfect tea to welcome the beginning of summer. It's fragrant but not overpowering or cloying. Will be buying again!

Very light on flavor

First too many stems and broken leafs for a premium jasmine tea in my opinion. The taste is very light on green tea taste but almost lacking in jasmine. I’ll finish it off as its not bad but will continue to look for something better. If you have a very sensitive palate then you might like it. Shipping was pretty quick.

Hi there,
As the tea you are referring it is from 2 years ago, the tea leaves tend to begin to lose flavor and aroma after that time period. We typically recommend if the tea is from that long ago, to steep it a little bit longer since the flavor begins to diminish over time. I do apologize that you were not happy with this tea.
