Instructions
  1. Add 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder to 4 oz nearly boiling temperature water
  2. For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)
  3. Whisk until matcha is dissolved into the water and drink immediately.

Matcha can also be added to smoothies, baked goods, and many other recipes!

The best matcha I’ve had since I went to Japan!

When I was in college, I studied abroad in Japan and fell in love with traditional matcha (prepared in a bowl-like cup with a bamboo whisk just like these), and have been yearning to recreate that experience ever since. With this kit and the ceremonial grade matcha, I can enjoy that satisfying cup of bright green comfort again! I am very pleased with this kit and the quality of the tea. It is exactly how I remembered it. Thank you for bringing back fond memories.

This set is so nice and very high quality. The matcha is delicious as well! I always made matcha the lazy way ( with a hand blender ) but wow, you can definitely taste the difference. It was easy to clean as well and stores nicely. Always have loved this company!
