Daily routine

In the morning

Drink 1 cup of Organic Turmeric Ginger Mate to improve energy and focus. Yerba mate is high in caffeine and is known for improving mental clarity.

Around lunchtime

Drink 1 cup of Organic Brain Health Tea. This blend contains ingredients that can help improve memory and focus, like ginkgo biloba and green tea.

I decided to cut way back on coffee and give tea a try. This was my first purchase and I am grateful it was! I look forward to these teas when I wake up! (I rotate each day).
