Customers praised the tea's "great flavor" and quality, with many noting it helps with hydration, bloating reduction, and appetite control. The included thermos/flask received positive feedback. While some experienced gradual weight loss, others saw minimal results. Common concerns: inconsistent tea quantities, slow weight loss, and quality issues with the infuser bottle.
I had purchased a bundle containing some detox teas and the vacuum flask tea infuser. First, the taste of the teas are not significantly different than what you can get in the grocery stores. Secondly, the vacuum tea infuser top failed due the heat build up on the seal, pushing it up, and the black ring came apart from the infuser as noted in the attached photos. Customer service said they only guarantee their product for thirty (30) days and would not replace the tea infuser nor offer a discount for a new infuser. I would not recommend their products. Get yourself a Yeti tumbler for the hot or cold teas and shop around for other brands of teas.

I am very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our Full Leaf Vacuum Flask Tea Infuser and we definitely understand your frustrations. However, we do have to abide by our policy and since it has been 8 months since the product was purchased, we are unable to replace the item. Again, I am very sorry there wasn't more we could do and if you have any further concerns, please feel free to let us know.
I ordered two of these and both of my bottles came falling apart the lid was broken and the bottoms popped off exposing the lead at the bottom of the bottle.
3 stars because the tea is good. I received a partial discount for one of the bottles.

This tea works but u have to be consistent. It tastes very good.. So I far down 7 pounds, went down 1 pants size. Loss a lot of inches. This is day 48.

I do like the flavors and it helps me keep hydrated but as for loosing weight its a very slow process even after I watch what I eat

I love the tea, I hit a plateau in weight loss, once I started the 30 program, I started losing again, over 10 pounds. The tea tastes great. The problem in I on received about 21 days of the skinny tea. When I called on my concern the stated that 30 was an approximate. Missing almost 10 day supply does not qualify for approximate. I was hoping for a shipment of more tea, but instead I got an offer of 20%, which they offer on a regular basis. I stated I want tea sent out to me. Did not hear back from them. I really wanted to order more tea, but with the lack of good customer service, I don't think I can.

great flavor and needed no sweetner to enjoy. No weight loss noticed but it has only been three weeks
I really love the tea, the ginger takes it to a new level. Not sure of the weight loss as I haven't seen any changes. The taste is incredible and the flask is very convenient.
Tried the morning tea 3x but it's just too weak in flavor. I even brewed it longer than normal but still not enough flavor. Never tried or opened the evening one. Would not let me return as I opened the tea bags, of which I only used one bag. Disappointing that they wouldn't consider a return because of the tea bags being opened. Lesson learned...stick to bigger brands. Let's see if this review gets posted or not.

I LOVE both teas and the black tea thermos is perfect. Its so easy to use and makes it so easy to steep the loose leaf tea. Both teas have a pleasant flavor. The Detox works well.
I really like the skinny tea, it has a nice kick from the cinnamon and ginger. The afternoon tea is minty and calming. Not sure about the weight loss but with all the flavors it keeps me from snacking on sweets
I'm 15 days into my healthy tea program, and have noticed Im not so bloated anymore, and this tea has helped curved my appetite. My favorite is the night tea. Will buy again..

I love this product it taste so good and it has really help the only thing I didn’t like is that I bough 2 bags of skinny and 2 bags of detox and I started the program in March but I was not even done with March and had to start the second bag of skinny to finish the rest of March and we are in April and I did have but for two week of April, so that’s the only thing I didn’t get to finish
