Like other tea, white tea comes from the camellia sinensis plant. However; white tea is lightly oxidized, giving it a delicate flavor. Pai-Mu-Tan is USDA certified organic and originates from China.

Caffeine Content: Low

 Sweet and light describe Pai-Mu-Tan. White tea doesn't have the bitterness that some black and green teas have.

  • Organic White Tea

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of near-boiling water.

Let the tea steep for 2-3 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

I was so excited to find the availability of one of my favorite teas. It smells lovely, steeps well, but tastes like hot water. There's mild flavor, then there's no flavor. I'll drink it, but will look for another white tea in the future.

When I found out the White Tea made by Choice Organics, is no longer available (Choice Organic Teas closed its blending operation and shuttered its Seattle headquarters Monday, Sept. 30, following its acquisition by Yogi Tea) I was on a search for a new company. Thank you Full Leaf Tea - your White Tea aka Pai-Mu-Tan is my new favorite! Very good - smooth tasting and I find I can steep it longer and it doesn't get bitter. Thank you!

Essential for Tea Lovers!

Love this White tea it’s in my opinion best mixed with your favorite green tea, personally I mix it with white monkey green tea 50/50 and I’m good to start my day right and refreshed fully satisfied. White tea is the highest in antioxidants out of all tea even green tea. Enjoy!!
