Nettle tea is a widely recognized herbal tea. I cannot say that I felt any 'rush' of wellness. The tea IS tasty and is as satisfying as my green herbal tea purchases. Make certain to use paper rather than plastic sachets for brewing. I WOULD purchase this again.

I took the advice of multiple reviewers and combined this tea with others I have on hand (peppermint, green tea, turmeric/ginger), and it is very good! I had should replacement surgery in June as a result of an accident. When I started drinking this tea, I no longer needed anti-inflammatory meds. Not sure if the tea or my time in recovery was what caused the change, but I did notice the difference after starting to drink it.

If you want to use it in a smoothie would you use it dry?

Thank you for your question! For a smoothie, I would recommend steeping the tea and adding it as the liquid to your smoothie. Although the leaves are safe to consume, they may not blend correctly into a smooth drink. Please let us know if we can help with anything else!
