The online shop where I usually buy fennel tea was out of stock so I had to search for another source. I'm glad I discovered the fennel tea at Full Leaf. It is so flavorful. For my taste I usually use 1 1/2 teaspoons for about 10 ounces of water and steep for 7 minutes. Very soothing for my stomach.

Fennel tea - a delicious surprise!

This is a wonderful and delicious tea! I was looking for a loose, organic, fennel tea to steep in my coffee in the morning. I'm drinking fennel everyday for gut issues and for overall health - it is an amazing herb! I do not like licorice, but the taste all but disappears when it's mixed with my morning cup of coffee. I highly recommend the practice if you drink coffee and aren't crazy about fennel. ;-)
