Burdock root has been used for centuries in China for gut health. Burdock root is also packed with antioxidants to protect and strengthen the immune system along with containing inulin which is a prebiotic fiber. The inulin aids in gut health and digestion.

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

    All the teas I have purchased from full leaf are great… I drink them everyday ..the burdock tea has a wonderful flavor and the vertigo tea helps my vertigo .
