Organic elderberries are a dark purple fruit that grow on the elder tree, and are commonly used in traditional medicine to support the immune system and relieve cold and flu symptoms. They are high in antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber, and have a slightly tart and earthy taste. They make a delicious addition to your favorite tea or can be enjoyed by themselves.

  • Organic Elderberries: Elderberries have a myriad of health benefits including boosting the immune system, speeding up metabolism, lowering inflammation, aiding in healing from injuries, and helping to reduce chronic pain. 

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

    I was looking for elderberry tea that wasn’t packaged in teabags and this was the only company that not only had loose Elderberry, but is also organic, which is something I look for when purchasing teas. I am extremely satisfied with this tea! I have been drinking it almost every morning and I have noticed the difference with my congestion that I would normally have, especially during the winter season. My nose is not stuffy anymore and have less mucus. I feel healthy overall. What I also do is add a teaspoon of rose, lavender, and hibiscus flowers with a slice of lemon to the elderberry tea for an extra immune boost. So overall, this is where I’ll go for my teas. Thank you for providing this!

    Love all the teas I’ve tried

    I am always looking for good quality, health support and this tea and the others I’ve tried are perfect . They taste great and help support my immune system through the “sick” winter season. My husband even drinks them now and he’s a coffee drinker.
