This is definitely a very pleasant tasting tea, But I certainly can't endorse that it's helped any prostate or bladder problems I'm having. That being said , I haven't finished the whole bag Yet so maybe I need to drink more of it.

Tasty tea but made my cystitis much worse

I have interstitial cystitis and after reading the many positive reviews about this tea, I decided to order it. The tea was tasty but it made my symptoms worse. I’ve been in a flare since then and cannot get it to settle down. I should’ve researched the individual ingredients before buying. If you have interstitial cystitis and fruits high in vitamin C are a trigger, I would proceed with tremendously caution with this blend

I have interstitial cystitis (IC) and have worked hard to balance my diet to aid in relieving constant bladder pain and bloating with results that were ok at best.
