Fantastic duo!

I am loving this bundle so far. I'm only on day 6 but I already feel like there's a subtle glow to my face. I'm a 39 yo female and have been feeling a bit drab lately so this seemed like the perfect way to help boost my self care routine. Both of these teas taste wonderful and I dont need to use sweetener in wither. I am a former coffee drinker and it's nice to have something in the morning with caffeine, but that also aids my health more than a cup of coffee would. I am addicted -- I look forward to my morning and evening cups of tea and will absolutely order more.... I may even try a different bundle!

Thank you for your inquiry! We recommend drinking the teas included in the system daily as well as plenty of water to stay hydrated. If you would like to add matcha or some coffee into your routine in addition that would be fine.
