  • Organic Cinnamon Chips: Cinnamon can help with irregular menstrual cycles and PCOS
  • Organic Shatavari Root: This herb has been shown to restore hormonal imbalances, reduce stress, and improve ovulation.
  • Organic Black Cohosh: Studies have shown black cohosh in collaboration with Clomid, a medication to treat infertility, improves the effectiveness of Clomid.  
  • Organic Ashwagandha: This herb is fantastic for fertility, especially among men, with studies showing increased sperm count and quality.
  • Organic Red Clover: Is thought to help with circulatory flow, which is beneficial for all around reproductive health.

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water
Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes
For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered).

Regulating cycle for fertility

My cycle has become more regular after using this tea for 2 months. Very happy with results. I am using it along side the Organic Cycle Support tea and have been drinking 8oz of each daily.

Delicious and Nutritious

This tea tastes great and is wonderful way to wind down in the evening and afternoon and warm up. For those of us TTC we know how important it is to keep that belly warmed. Just started taking this tea, no results yet, but do recommend for flavor profile and calmness.
