How often should I drink the tea?

We recommended 1-2 times a day consistently to start getting the benefits of the herbs. 

How do I brew the tea?

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves into 8oz of water and let steep for 5-7 minutes. Since this is loose leaf tea, you can use a sifter, tea pot, tea press, reusable steeper or empty paper teabags.
