What are the benefits of Organic Adaptogen Tea?

Organic Adaptogen Tea is formulated with herbs like ashwagandha, rooibos, tulsi (holy basil), and licorice root, which are known to support stress relief, mental clarity, and overall resilience. Adaptogens help balance your body's response to stress—both physical and mental—making this tea a great choice for promoting calm energy without caffeine. It's an ideal base for a functional beverage like the Minted Refresher.

Can I make this drink ahead of time?

Yes! You can brew the tea and prepare the mint-lemon-sweetener mixture in advance. Store the brewed tea and mint base separately in the fridge for up to 48 hours. When ready to serve, just combine over ice and top with sparkling water for a freshly fizzy finish. For best flavor, add fresh mint garnish just before serving.

Can I make this recipe sugar-free or with different sweeteners?

Absolutely. This recipe is flexible—use honey, maple syrup, agave , or go completely sugar-free by skipping sweeteners or using a few drops of a natural sugar substitute like stevia or monk fruit. The coconut water adds a hint of natural sweetness on its own, so feel free to adjust based on your taste and dietary preferences.
