2 teaspoons Organic Cycle Support
8 ounces nearly boiling filtered water
Ice
1 ounce pineapple juice
3 ounces lemonade
Pineapple slices or lemon wedge for garnish

Directions

Steep the tea leaves for 7 minutes in the nearly boiling water. Once the tea has steeped, remove the tea leaves and set aside to cool.
Fill your glass with ice, add the lemonade and pineapple juice and stir. Top with the cooled, steeped tea.
