I’m a huge fan of Vitex (Chaste Tree Berry) since it’s great herb to support women with irregular periods or even help with fertility issues. To combine Vitex and Saw palmetto along with some other great herbs, this is a winning tea!!!

Seeing Progress

I was interesting in this tea after searching online for some natural cycle solutions. I have had problems with consistency and spotting. I’ve been drinking it for about 3 weeks now and I have noticed some positive changes. I’m still spotting but for a significantly less amount of time leading up to menstruation. I’m going to keep at it and hopefully see even more improvements!

As far as flavor, it has an earthy chamomile, mint taste. It’s a very light and neutral flavor.
